What if my Luxes Snack Band breaks?

We stand behind the quality of Luxes Snack Bands. If your band stops working due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll replace it at no cost.

This coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, cutting with scissors, sharp objects, exposure to extreme heat, or any intentional damage or modification.

To request a replacement, simply contact us with your order number, a brief description of what happened, and a clear photo of the issue. If it qualifies as a defect, we’ll send you a replacement at no charge.
