Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must include all components.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non‑returnable items Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Break-Free Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on Luxes Snack Bands against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your product stops working under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost.

What is covered: – Defects in materials – Defects in craftsmanship – Normal use where the product fails unexpectedly

What is not covered: – Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling – Cuts, punctures, or damage caused by scissors, knives, or sharp objects – Intentional damage or modifications – Damage from extreme temperatures or environmental conditions outside normal household use

How to request a replacement: – Contact us at support@luxesbagbands.com with your order number – Include a brief description of what happened – Attach a clear photo or short video showing the issue

If the issue qualifies as a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will send you a replacement at no charge. We reserve the right to determine whether a product meets the conditions of this warranty.
